This is the 2nd wedding in two years that I get to cover a wedding in the town of my Alma Mater! (What does alma mater really mean anyway?) Last year I created Bridal Portraits and 2 engagement Sessions there. On Saturday the 5th of June We’ll be covering the wedding of Teresa Lopez and Gene Woods. Funny thing is, I haven’t met either them or the Brides sister who contracted me. But after many phone calls and emailings I feel I do know her and I’m sure she me.
Our Wedding Coverage will begin around 1:30 with candids & Brides Families Portraits at the Brides Home. She and the wedding party will arrive at St Thomas Catholic Church around 3pm for a 3:30 Ceremony.
The reception will be at the Walker County Fairgrounds. This is the first time ever I go to the WCF and am looking forward to it.
Do you need a map to the locations? I’ve created a custom Google Map to help you along the way!
I met Dani her fiance and Angela at a Bridal Show in the Texas Expo Center in Conroe. That’s all it took for them to decide they want us to cover their wedding. Thank you so much for your confidence in our abilities. If you’d like to have me add some information to this site that will benefit you and/or your guests, please let me know.
Meanwhile, here’s a Map to the Wedding Location for anyone to use.
Images will be posted as once we produce the Engagement or Bridal portraits!
What a milestone and a great example of commitment to us all! Although I couldn’t be at this event due to a prior wedding commision my Parents (who will be celebrating they’re 50th next year) were, along with Elvis who made a showing!

The Dilemma
I watch more Wedding Movies/Romantic comedy’s than most guys (probably) and in each of them the just married Groom give the Bride a romantic kiss and then, walking her down the aisle, whisks her off in to the sunset (or to the reception). Never do I see them being herded back around to a hidden area waiting on the church guests to leave so they can go back in and have their group portraits created. So how are you supposed to create this type of storybook exit and still take advantage of the family gathering for the once in a great while Family Portrait?
In this post, I’ll explore this common dilemma – Family Portraits Before or After the ceremony? more…
While helping several clients with their PC issues I decided it was time to update myself as to the best free anti-virus products available. (Free is always a good seller!) more…
Are you interested in taking better Pictures? Whether you use a Digital Camera or film or some other medium of which I am unaware, you will benefit from this lecture about the stuff with which we create our images. LIGHT.
In this Lecture I will discuss the need to know as well as several characteristics of light that I use every time a create Photographic imagery.
This lecture will take place at 7pm Thursday the 4th of February at: Cypress Creek Christian Community Building. (Click for a custom Map). The meeting will begin with Some PC Users Business and continue with the Photography meeting and Lecture till about 9pm

Merry Christmas Everyone!
I’m in the giving mood today and being that I’ve just set up a Family Sized shooting area, I’ve decided to give away Family Portrait Sessions plus a Custom 8×10 and wallets to all my Previous Clients!
What do you have to do? Just set an appointment for your Family Portriat Session by going My Appointment Site and select “Home Studio Portriat Session“.
( Coming to my senses now… I’d better put a limit on this.) Ok so this offer is good until New Years Day. So if you want to take advantage of this you better head on over to My Appointmnet Site and make your reservation. I’ll be calling you after I get your info to confirm.
Thanks to my Friend Jacie for bringing her family over to help me “break in” the Studio! Here are a few of images from her session.

Just in time for Christmas,
I have just converted the first floor of my home for Family Portrats! Most of my work up top this point has been environmental or at my clients home but those sessions typically take up an entire morining or evening. By doing a more traditional style studio I can offer you this Amazing Free Gift!
ALMOST FREE GIFT
Now through December 21st I am offering a 15 minute Family Portrait Session and Custom 8×10 for just the handling+shipping charge of $15 (prepaid). This Professional Service and Product is worth much much more than a measly $15 but I want my Home Studio Service to start off with a Bang. Once you get your free image and see how I work I’m confident that you’ll be telling others. Don’t miss out. I have a limited amount of time available for booking and they’ll go fast once the word gets out. If for some reason I don’t have an appointment immediately after yours we can even spend more time creating additional Portraits!
To take advantage of this please go to my Booking Site and select the Home Studio Portrait link.
I was invited to show my Photographic work at the Mall in The Woodlands. Of course nearly every Bridal Show these days sports a Fashion show. This one was arranged and supplied by Jill’s Fashions.
Gorgeus girls, Beautiful dresses, thumping music; how can one not be inspired!? So with my friend Ruthy helping me with the lighting, I captured these images.
Got Video Stutter? Pause for a few minutes while it loads.
This Wedding is from last November but I wanted to show off some of the work my associate Richard has done for me not to mention the cool Photo-Videos we’ve been creating and what the heck, this can be a nice little Anniversary Gift for Jessica & Adam!
This starts off with a few Engagement Portraits that I captured at Mercer Arboretum and continues with Wedding day images that my Richard captured at The Woodlands Country Club & Resort in The Woodlands.
Happy 1st Anniversary
